65--12 month internet subscription to Micromedex Healthcare Series Databases

The US Army Medical Command Southern Region, East has a requirement for a 12 month internet subscription to Micromedex Healthcare Series Databases for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The suggested contractor is Thomson Reuters (Healthcare) Inc, 777 East Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor, MI 48108-3273. 12 month subscription to Micromedex Healthcare Series Databases consisting of the following: Clinical Point, DRUGDEX (R) System, DRUG-REAX (R) system, Drug Points, DISEASEDEX (TM) Emergency Med, IDENTIDEX (R) System, IV INDEX (TM) System, Material Safety Data Sheets, POISINDEX (R) System REPRORISK (R) System and ToxPoints. This IS NOT a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal or like product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time within seven (7) calendar day from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical Center for consideration for future requirements.
