Law Enforcement Licenses

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Reed Elsevier, Inc for 26 Law Enforcement Licenses & 26 Law Enforcement Licenses. The Licenses will be for Law Enforcement Agents from the IRS, Lead Development Center (LCD) Garden City Counter Terrorism Center, Garden City, NY to provide LexisNexis Investigative solutions build upon cutting-edge Accurint technology to bring government agencies the next generation of excellence in investigative solutions technology. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Reed Elsevier, Inc., should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. No equivalents accepted. Responses to this notice must be received within five (15) business days of the date of publication of this synopsis. All quotes shall include: Price(s); FOB point; Point of Contact (name and telephone numbers); GSA contract number if applicable; delivery date; business size; payment terms; Taxpayer Identification Number; Dun& Bradstreet number. Facsimile responses must contain original signatures, and be received by the time specified in this synopsis, and may not exceed 10 pages. All questions must be submitted in writing. If a response is received that meets the Governments requirement, and analysis of both technical and pricing documentation indicates that a competitive acquisition would be more advantageous to the Government, a formal solicitation may be issued. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Requests for the same will be considered non-responsive, if no compelling responses are received, award will be made to Reed Elsevier, Inc.
