The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a delivery order on a sole source basis to CCH Incorporated, 2700 LAKE COOK RD, Riverwoods, IL 60015-3867 for a one year subscription to several publications for locations in Washington, DC and Lanham, MD.
