65--12 months Don Whitley Scientific DG250 Anaerobic Workstation preventive maintenance

The US Army Medical Command, Southeast Region has a requirement for one base year plus two option years (June 2011 through May 2014) preventive maintenance agreement fo a Don Whitley Scientific DG250 Anaerobic Workstation, at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is K & R Technologies, dba Microbiology International, 5111 Pegasus Court, Suite H, Frederick, MD 21704-8322 12 months Don Whitley Scientific DG250 Anaerobic Workstation preventive maintenance to provide all services necessary, including calibrations and parts replacement, to keep the equipment in serviceable condition. Contractor shall follow the manufacturer's recommendations and requirements in scope and execution. Performance shall be measured by the achievement of a minimum of 98% up-time standard over the course of the contract period. Statement of Work available upon request. This is not a request for proposal. However, entities that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include certifications/licenses and training, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government medical/technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
