A consistent and reliable source of human blood products and services from a fully accredited, full service blood bank is required. Vendor must be fully accredited by the Food and Drug Administration and be capable of providing a delivery time for human blood products no longer than 60 minutes for emergency, unscheduled patient requirements either from the centralized blood bank or one of its affiliated facilities equipped with overstock supplies for just such a purpose. NAICS code is 621991 and size standard is $10,000,000.Capable businesses are encouraged to respond via email with company name, proof of accreditation, contact name, and telephone number.
