The VA Medical Center, Bay Pines intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Brain Vision LLC, to provide Brain Amp ExG MR 8 ch bipolar amplifier extension system Brain Amp extension box for use with existing Brain Amp amplifiers. To the best of our knowledge, Brain Vision is the only company who can provide these services. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give Email notification to the Contraction Officer by 2:00 pm, EST, 09/20/2011. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Electronic responses will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
