HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to J L Industries, Activar Inc for Antidote Treatment Nerve Agent Autoinjector Cabinets (Item#: 1463F12-8). The proposed contract action is for the State Department. This item is available from J L Industries, Activar Inc, 4450 West 78th St, Bloomington, MN 55435. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423450.
