Intent to Sole Source CB EQ061 - Endoscopy This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 334510. The Program Contract Activity Center in Independence, OH intends to make a sole source award to Alliant Enterprises DBA Alliant Healthcare, a verified SDVOSB. The Department of Veterans Affairs Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center Replacement Facility has a requirement for an ENT Endoscopy System as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, Replacement Facility located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. This equipment is compatible for use with the existing scopes being leased at the current VA facility. See attached J&A for brand name and sole source.
