Specifications: Capacity to record, analyze, store, and display EEG and event related potential (ERP) research data system possessing demonstrated reliability of performed and interface between leads, application devices, amplifiers, and computing and displaying characteristic in research setting. Capacity to record, analyze, store, and display EEG and event related potential (ERP) research data, posses demonstrated reliability of performance and interface between leads, application device, amplifiers, and computing and display characteristics in a research setting, experiment development software and support hardware, high temporal-spatial, real-time data resolution and capacity to display with high visual resolution, software capable of multiple data extraction techniques, including wavelet analysis, for single trial ERP data collection, interface capabilities with other computing systems and software. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intended to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
