Full Description

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Nihon Kohden, 90 Icon St. Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 for 2 Neurofax EEG-1200A to include parts and accessories. This is an emergent requirement and no other piece of equipment can be utilized because of the importance of it being compatible with our current system. This equipment can only be provided by Nihon Kohden be it is a direct replacement of our current system. A delivery schedule will need to be coordinated and delivered NLT March 31, 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Vendors who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this equipment as described above must notify this Contracting Officer at contact@example.gov or by telephone, +1 (555) 000-0000 NLT March 24, 2011 at Noon EST. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
