This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL, 33744 has a need to purchase a Medtronic, Inc., Part# RFG, Radiofrequency Generator 3rd Generation and Part# HKPUMP and Klein Tumescent Infiltration Pump, brand name or equal. The RFQ# is VA248-17-Q-0686. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (01-19-2017).
