The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Activity VISN 6 intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Providian Medical Equipment, LLC. This proposed contract action is for GE Logiq P6 Ultrasound System which includes: 1. GE Logiq P6 Ultrasound System 2. GE 4C 1.5-4. 5 MHz Conez 3. GE BE9C Intracavity Transducer 4. Set of Disposable Biopsy Needle Guides for Probe This procurement is in support of VA Medical Center Fayetteville, North Carolina. The VA has procured this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the Unusual and Compelling Urgency authority per FAR 6.302-2. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer for information only.
