This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis / solicitation is a Request for Quotation and is NOT set-aside for small business. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price Purchase Order to the lowest priced offeror whose technical offer conforms to the requirements of the solicitation; its price is determined to be fair and reasonable by the Contracting Officer; and the Contracting Officer determines the offeror is responsible. The Contracting Officer intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to do so in his or her sole discretion. This is an Open Market requirement. If an offeror submits an offer, based upon an FSS or GWAC contract, the Government will accept the quoted price. However, the terms and conditions stated herein take precedence in any resultant Purchase Order, not the terms and conditions of the offeror's FSS or GWAC Contract.
