Pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(I)(C), the US Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Beckman Coulter in the estimated amount of $19,000.00 for the lease of a hematology analyzer and reagents for the period of 1 OCT 2015 - 30 SEP 2016. This requirement is for Madigan Army Medical Center at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued.
