The 96th Contracting Squadron (96 CONS/MSCB), Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a Full and Open Competition Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for 5 each, Ventilation Systems for the Eglin Air Force Base Hospital. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is FM282351290364. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339113, the standard size of 500 employees. If you feel your company meets the Government requirements, please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The order requirements are as follows: Furnish CLIN 1, (5) each, Infant Star Ventilation System (PN: 4-840120DIUU-US) or equivalent; CLIN 2, (5) each, 806 Compressor (PN: 4-076330-00) or equivalent; CLIN 3, (5) each, BiLevel Software Option (PN: 4-076064-00) or equivalent; CLIN 4, (5) each, Volume Ventilation Plus Option (PN: 4-078126-0) or equivalent; CLIN 5, (5) each, 840 Cart (PN: 4-076102-00) or equivalent; CLIN 6, (5) each, Tube Compensation Option (PN: 4-076371-00).
