Price shall include installation and training. Warranty: one (1) year. Additional Discount: $____________________; Total Cost Line Items 1 & 2 $_____________________.These products must be Brand Name or Equal per FAR 52.211-6. Delivery, which shall occur within 60 calendar days of contract award, shall be FOB DESTINATION to the Zablocki VA Medical Center, 5000 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53295. The Contractor is responsible for all freight charges. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
