The United States Air Force intends to negotiate sole source award with Johnson & Johnson Healtcare, Piscataway, NJ for 29 ea cypher stents. Sizes and part numbers vary as follows: a) 2.5 mm x 8 mm, CXS08250; b) 3.0 mm x 33 mm, CXS33300; c) 3.0 mm x 28 mm, CXS28300; d) 3.5 x 8 mm, CXS08350; e) 2.5 x 13 mm, CXS13250; f) 2.5 mm x 18 mm, CXS18250; g) 2.5 mm x 23 mm, CXS23250; h) 3.0 mm x 23 mm, CXS23300; i) 3.5 mm x 13 mm, CXS13350; j) 3.5 mm x 18 mm, CXS18350; and k) 3.5 mm x 28 mm, CXS28350. The anticipated award date is 26 Jul, 07. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement was based on the assumption that no other stents on market has the Sirolimus-eluting Technology.
