Full Description

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), McDonald Army Health Center, FT. Eustis, VA intends to issue a sole source award to Athrex Inc in the amount of $22,520.00 to purchase surgical Implant products. The Surgeon has determined that these products will best meet the patients' specific medical needs/requirements. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED and meet the surgeons' and the patients' specific medical needs/requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
