NOTICE OF INTENT The US Army Medical command has a requirement for Repair and Service Maintenance for the Medrad Injectors Ancillary Equipment. The government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is MEDRAD SVC, 100 Global View Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses(s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include companys name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number. CLIN # 0001 MEDRAD REPAIR & SVC MAINT Inclusive repair & service contract which provides total scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs for (5 ea) MEDRAD Injectors and ancillary equipment for Spectris Solaris/ EP-ECN#1668 (sn#1106), Mark V+, Provis -ECN#7010 (sn#101700), ECN# 5008 (sn#100252), ECN# J3655 (sn#10986), and ECN# 10135 (sn#103482). Predictive Maintenance includes a complete inspection, calibration, cleaning and maintenance of the product to ensure proper operation and lubrication; Functional check of all primary and backup systems including measurement of leakage current; Instruction session on detailed machine operation for new and existing personnel. This work also includes installation of all Medrad Mandatory Sofware or hardware upgrades to improve Product reliability or performance; inspection and repair of all standard Medrad cables, cord reels, plugs and wiring. Effective: 1 Oct 2009- 30 Sept 2010. 12 month _________________ This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their products, pass performance information, price and preventative maintenance. This information will be reviewed by the Government for consideration for future requirements.
