65--One (1) Sterrad 100S Sterilizer and two (2) Sterrad 100NX Sterilizers

Healthcare Acquisition Activity-North intends to issue a delivery order with Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) for one (1) Sterrad 100S sterilizer and two (2) Sterrad 100NX sterilizers for 60th Medical Group, Travis AFB, CA on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source to provide Sterrad sterilizers. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 procedures. NAICS code is 423450, size standard of 100 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative response and statement of technical capabilities. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Affirmative written response must be received no later than Wednesday, August 24.
