The Department of Veterans Affairs in Valley Coastal Bend Texas, VISN 17, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Instrumentation Laboratory Company for the purchase of medical products: Reagents, Plasma Calibrators and Controls, Solutions and Consumables and usage of ACL TOP 300/500 equipment in the Pathology Laboratory Medicine. NAICS code 325413/339112. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) (A), only one responsible source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
