Full Description

The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), 1601 Perdido St, New Orleans, LA 70112 intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Healthmark Industries Co., 33671 Doreka Rd, Fraser, MI 48026 for three (3) F108 Rotary Heat Sealers and five (5) RT108 Rolling Tables for Heat Sealer. The estimated amount for this procurement is $7,794.91. The F-108 Rolling Heat Sealer and the RT-108 Roller Table are direct replacements for existing equipment and must be compatible and interchangeable with existing units presently in use. The requirement for additional heat sealers and roller tables is a follow-on to a previous order for items currently under warranty. This notice is for information purposes only. This is not a request for competitive quotes and no additional solicitation will be published. Any firm which believes it can provide these items must notify Robert Fuselier, Contract Specialist, at +1 (555) 000-0000 and provide detailed information no later than Monday, June 11, 2012 by 12:30 p.m. so a decision can be made regarding further competition.
