Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order with one Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) source, Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions, Inc. (VHSS). The procurement is for a Medtronic Stealthstation ENT Cart Kit, software and instrumentation. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334510. VHSSS is an authorized distributor for Medtronic and is registered in VETBIZ. This procurement will be made under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. 8127 and implemented under VAAR 819.7007. IAW VAAR 819.7007(b), sole source awards to SDVOSB concerns, the Contracting Officer s determination whether to make a sole source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the Contracting Officer . The estimated award date is 5/25/2018.
