Without the cassette the machine will not work. The cassette and machine work together to regulate the amount of BSS fluid from the bottle to the eye. The cassette comes with 0.9mm, 30 degree round tapered ABS tip. The disposable tips are used to remove the lens inside of the patients eyes.
