Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, TX, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Instrumentation Laboratory 180 Hartwell Road, Bedford, MA. 01730 for open market reagents to use with Government Analyzers (ACL Elite PRO Analyzers) currently located at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole source. No other company is expected to respond to this requirement. Instrumentation Laboratory is the sole proprietary manufacturer and does not use distributors or sub license any portion of these products.
