This is a BRAND NAME ONLY competition due to the current air filtration system requiring the Aerobiotix air filters. This solicitation is competed as a Small Business Set-Aside; however, in accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, offers from SDVOSB and VOSB contractors will be given special consideration under tiered evaluations. If freight costs are required then it list as a separate line item. All questions must be received by 1200 noon on 5/16/2018 to allow time for a response. No questions will be answered via telephone. All offerors must include a letter from the manufacturer stating that your company is authorized to distribute their products.
