This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W81K00-09-T-0234 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation under NAICS code 333314, Size STD 500. FAR provisions and clauses in this solicitation may be viewed at http://www.arnet.gov/far/. DFARS clauses may be viewed at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. The requirements in this solicitation: 1. VISUCAM NM/FA FAF WITH STEREO LICENSE/PRINTER AND TABLE- Qty 1 EA 2. Installation & Training to be included 3. 2 ea Operator & Service manuals (MFG: Carl Zeiss) Vendors offering other than the brand name product shall meet or exceed the following Salient Charteristics: Must be capable of intravenous flourescein angiography capability which allows for intravitreal injection of steroids and antimetabolite medications in the management of Diabetes and Macular Degeneration. Stereo photo capability which is detriment to the diagnosis and management of glaucoma and diseases of the optic nerve. Wide angle photo montage capability which allows for photographic documentation of peripheral retina conditions/lesions and enhanced ability to screen for retinopathy. Vendors shall comply with FAR 52.211-6 if submitting other than the Brand Name product.
