The event focuses on five anticipated projects for fiscal year 2027 at the Bronx, Canandaigua, Manhattan, Northport, and St. Albans VA Medical Centers, with additional projects planned for fiscal year 2028. Anticipated contracts will be competitive firm-fixed-price awards using a design-bid-build approach, issued either as Requests for Proposals under FAR part 15 or Invitations for Bids under FAR part 14. Each project is expected to have a duration of 24 to 36 months, with awards targeted by the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2027.
