Scope of Work: Scope. The DoVera DE12 is a cutting-edge exam light with fixed focus technology, designed to provide a shadow-free and glare-free environment. It features 12 elliptical parabolas that evenly distribute LED lights to eliminate any shadow formation. The light operates at a low temperature and provides color correct light at 4,350K, making it versatile for various procedures. Specific Tasks. Vendor will do the following: Assist in filing out ICRA / PICRA paperwork Attend onsite meeting prior to work starting to discuss the work with the staff to make sure they feel comfortable and safe Provide a schedule of work Highlight on a floor plan the rooms that will be worked in Set up plastic zip wall at door to room Wall mounted light removal per room in 1523 & remove rail system & lights in 237 Dispose of light per room Install new light per room using existing infrastructure in 1523 Supply and install Unistrut mounting system for new exam light in 237 Patch and paint a 2 foot x 2 foot area around where existing light was Replace ceiling tiles per room Perform a broom sweep clean of the room when work is completed Remove containment
