This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitations will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing of a response. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only, to make an appropriate acquisition decision, to gain knowledge of potential interested and qualified businesses, and any Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Brand Name, Penumbra Thrombectomy System for Interventional Radiology; Penumbra Thrombectomy Lightning Flash, Direct Aspiration system, large Bore Catheters, Supplies and Accessories to the VA Medical Facility, VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable, and a capability statement to the requirement.
