This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice   The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 06 (NCO 6), intends to solicit quotes from contractors for: Brand Name Ony Hospital Consumable for the Draeger Blood Pressure Cuffs and EKG Cables for the Pharmacy Department at the Salem VA Medical Center located at: VAMC Salem 1970 Roanoke Blvd Salem, VA 24153   The VAMC anticipates posting a Small Business Set-Aside RFQ for this requirement to SAM.gov on or about: August 13, 2026. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process.
