GENERAL: Veterans Affairs (VA) Lecanto Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) as part of VA Tampa Health Care System has executed a new lease/build that will replace and expand the clinic, 3949 West Gulf Lake Highway, Lecanto, Florida 34461, has a requirement for a ceiling mounted patient lifts for safe patient handling. These patient lifts will be used by Primary Care and Radiology for safe patient movement to and from treatment tables as needed. PURPOSE: The ceiling mounted patient lifts are required for safe patient movement as needed. SCOPE: VA Lecanto Community-Based Outpatient Clinic is requesting contractors to provide brand name or equal equipment that meets or exceeds the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics in this section. The equipment feature is essential to the technical requirements to meet the needs of the Government. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Equipment must have physical characteristics to enable the government to perform the capabilities in accordance with the Statement of Need RFQ Responses are due at 12:00PM on 9/3/2026.
