The proposed contract action is for: Lynxter S330X Elastomeric 3D Printer S300X - LIQ21 / LIQ11 Material Cartridge Option 3X 960ML -LC 960 S300X - LIQ - Material Starter Kit - Cartridge LIQ - SIL - 001 6X 0.85 KG and SUP 001 S300X PEI Composite Build Plate COPSIL 4050 RTV2 40 Shore A - Transparent- COP Chemistry - 1.7 KG Support Material Cartridge- SUP-001- Yellow - 0.75 KG Static Mixer Pack of 5 LIQ Nozzle - Conical - Plastic - Purple - 0.56MM lot of 5 LIQ Nozzle - Conical - Plastic - Green - 0.56MM lot of 5 The Government intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of FAR13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The contract is anticipated to be for a one-time delivery. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotation. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to contact@example.gov no later than 11:00 AM EST, July 14th, 2025. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM items only. No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable as replacement parts. Vendors claiming to provide the above products shall be an OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributors, or authorized reseller for the proposed alternate equipment necessary for this procurement, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. No solicitation will be made available. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
