The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Network Contracting Office 16, has issued a Sources Sought Notice under solicitation number 36C25626Q0831 to conduct market research for the procurement of three Howard Medical HI-Pinnacle E Carts, a type of computer-on-wheels medication delivery system.
