NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract pursuant to FAR 19.1406 to Four Points Technology LLC located at 13221 Woodland Park RD, Suite 400, Herndon, Virginia 20171. Four Points Technology LLC is the exclusive, authorized dealer/reseller of Data Innovations Inc products and services.
The Wilmington VA Medical Center requires a 5-year Instrument Manager Software Subscription and 1-time upgrade. The Data Innovations Instrument Manager Software is a necessity for interfacing clinical laboratory analyzers with VistA/CPRS for the ordering and subsequent reporting of patient lab data. The system shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs Wilmington VA Medical Center located in Wilmington, PA 19805.
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Vendors shall indicate if they are the direct supplier or service provider of the items and/or authorized reseller/distributor. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant supply, and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address.
