The following is a Source Sought Notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The Government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes, or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, has a requirement for new a new polysomnography system. The intended use is to properly monitor Veterans during sleep studies.
Required Salient Characteristics:
- Comprehensive PSG/EEG capability with multi‑channel acquisition suitable for in‑lab sleep studies (e.g., EEG, EOG, EMG, ECG, respiratory effort, airflow, SpO₂, body position).
- High‑fidelity signal sampling and low‑noise design adequate for clinical scoring and review, with bedside impedance or equivalent real‑time quality checks.
- Synchronized video (HD/IR or equivalent) and audio options to support behavioral correlation during studies.
- Flexible hardware configurations (e.g., head boxes, breakout boxes, portable modules) enabling standard to advanced PSG workflows.
