The Columbia VAMC is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of supplying rehabilitation equipment for the new Rolla CBOC location, issuing this Sources Sought notice under solicitation number 36C25526Q0457 with a response deadline of June 24, 2026. This is not a solicitation for quotes, and no pricing or proposals will be accepted at this stage; the intent is solely to gather vendor capabilities to inform future procurement decisions. All equipment must be manufactured in the United States and comply with the Buy American statute, with devices required to be FDA-cleared for therapeutic use in rehabilitation settings and certified to medical electrical safety standards such as IEC 60601. The requirement includes a broad range of items such as an electromagnetic resistance ergometer supporting bidirectional arm cycling, a combination ultrasound and neuromuscular stimulation system with four independent channels and EMG-triggered feedback, paraffin and warming baths, treatment tables, exercise racks, and mobility carts, among others, with shipping addressed under a single line item. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov, have completed annual electronic certifications under FAR 4.12, and if claiming veteran-owned status, must be verified through VetCert.
