The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, intends to issue a solicitation for Respiratory Muscle Training and Remote Data Management Devise Systems in support of the VA New Jersey Health Care System 385 Tremont Ave East Orange NJ 07018. The resulting contract will require the contractor to provide continuous; for the Research & Development Service who are requesting a new requirement contract with the purchase of 72 devise systems (Respiratory Muscle Training and Remote Data Management Devise Systems) to deliver commercially available electronic inspiratory muscle strength training (IMST).
