The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Network Contract Office 23, is seeking information from companies capable of supplying heated high flow respiratory support systems, specifically those equivalent to the Fisher & Paykel Airvo 3 model. This is a Request for Information (RFI) intended solely for market research and planning purposes, not a solicitation or an offer to form a contract. Respondents must provide details about the place of manufacture to comply with the Buy American Act, as responses lacking this information will not be considered. The information gathered will assist in identifying potential vendors under NAICS code 339112 related to respiratory support devices. This RFI is posted with a response deadline of May 28, 2026, and all proprietary information submitted will be handled accordingly, though submissions do not create any binding obligations for the government. Interested parties should direct inquiries to the Senior Contracting Officer, Joshua I Imdacha. The opportunity is managed out of Saint Paul, Minnesota, under solicitation number 36C26326Q0714. Respondents are responsible for their own costs in responding, and this process is purely exploratory to gather data on market capability for future procurement considerations.
