Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Certified with the Small Business Administrative (SBA) and verified under the Small Business Search (SBS) as a Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Vendor quote may be considered non-compliant and rejected if the Contracting Officer is unable to verify registration and SDVOSB certification status. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price purchase order (PO) resulting from this RFQ to the SDVOSB whose quote represents the best value to the Government considering price and technical acceptability. All quoted items must be new, OEM, and fully compliant with Philips specifications; no refurbished, gray market, or third party substitutes will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award.
