PROCUREMENT TITLE: ScriptPro Paper Prescription Scanner and Software Upgrade INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 19), 6162 S. Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award one (1) purchase order on a sole source basis, to ScriptPro USA, Inc. for a Paper Prescription Scanner and Software Upgrade.
BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: The Grand Junction VA Medical Center (GJVAMC), located at 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501 is replacing the current prescription scanner and is upgrading the ScriptPro application software to increase efficiency and decrease errors. The system is proprietary and interfaces/updates the existing pharmacy paperless prescription system, ensuring VA protocols and industry standards are met. The server upgrade will ensure maximum storage and processing efficiency of patient prescriptions.

AUTHORITY: This procurement will be issued under the authority of RFO Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
INTERESTED PARTIES: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement as described in the attached Statement of Work no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Friday, August 17th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
