This Sources Sought Notice is for the Fredericksburg HCC to determine sources for Stainless Steel Surgical Instruments, Surgical Instrument Containers with Lids, Baskets for Surgical Instruments inside containers with lids, Silicone Mats/Cushioning Pads for Surgical Instruments placed in the containers with lids, Snap On ID Tags for inside Surgical Instrument Containers, Identification Labels to be etched with Tray Names for the Surgical Instrument and Containers, and Instrument Stringers. Items and salient characteristics are listed as the following below:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. This is not a request for bids, quotes, or proposals. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement addressing their capabilities, capacity, place of manufacture, and location which shall be considered by the agency.   This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
