The government will apply the following evaluation process as the basis for the award: Factors: Delivery/installation and Price. 1. Technical: Shall meet specifications stated in SON and the RFQ. The quote must meet the technical proposal and will be evaluated to determine if the offeror provides a sound, compliant approach that meets the requirements of the Statement of Need. 2. Delivery/installation: Shall complete delivery and installation on 08/01/2024 but no later than 09/30/2024. 3Price: Most advantageous to the government, quotes must use the enclosed Price Schedule.
