Project Location: Yuma VA Clinic 3111 S. 4th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364 1.C. Solicitation Type - Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C26226Q0830. 1.D. Set Aside: This solicitation is Unrestricted 1.E. Applicable NAICS code: 339112 Surgical and Medical Manufacturing 1.F. Small Business Size Standard: 1000 employees 1.G. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price 1.H. Period of Performance: 365 days ARO 2.
