6520--Seeking Dental Chair Models Comparable to A-Dec Brand Dental Chairs

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 23, is conducting market research to identify alternative dental chair systems and associated equipment that match the quality and functionality of A-Dec products currently in use at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. This initiative, issued as a Request for Information under solicitation number 36C26326Q0621, seeks responses from manufacturers and distributors regarding comparable models that can replace specific A-Dec equipment including the 511 Chair, 532 TRAD Delivery System, 545 12 O’clock Assistant Instrumentation, 521 and 522 Doctor and Assistant Stools, Syringe Mini-Head Kit, Component-ETO-Core, and Motor, Electric HDPC, KL 703. The goal is to ensure any replacement equipment fits within existing A-Dec footprints without requiring architectural or utility modifications, maintaining operational continuity and aesthetic consistency in clinical spaces.
