The VISN 10 Network Contracting Office at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center plans to award a sole source contract to L1 Enterprises, the only authorized service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) distributor capable of providing the required equipment. Though no solicitation document will be issued since this is a sole source acquisition, the government has invited other firms to submit evidence of their ability to meet the requirements within five business days of the publication date. If no eligible responses are received by the closing date, the contract will proceed with L1 Enterprises. The agency emphasizes that there is no commitment to contract as a result of this synopsis and will not reimburse any costs incurred responding to the notice.
