The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the NAC High Technology Orders office, is conducting a pre-solicitation for the SEP 2026 Consolidation of High Tech Medical Equipment (HTME) with Extended Installation and Turnkey Services. This procurement is restricted to companies holding current contracts for the specified equipment with the VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) High Tech Medical Equipment Division or the Defense Logistics Agency, Troop Support (DLA-TS). The scope involves providing a wide array of medical imaging and therapeutic equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, LINACs, and CATH labs, across various VA VISNs in locations such as California, Florida, Texas, and Ohio. The solicitation follows a phased timeline, with equipment offers due by January 20, 2027, and turnkey offers due by April 28, 2027, aiming for award delivery orders by August 9, 2027.
