(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number 36C26226Q1088 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. (iii) The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, January 1, 2025. (iv) This solicitation will be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside, to a business associated with The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code, 339113, and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard of 800 employees. (v) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to make a procurement for echocardiography exam beds for the VA San Diego Healthcare System. The submissions must meet the following salient characteristics: Must: Be specifically designed for Echocardiology exams Include height adjustable range, but is not limited to, 24 to 34 Be a maximum of 30 table width enabling table to be moved in and out of exam rooms Have rapid release drop sections on both sides of the table Be able to support bariatric patients with at least a 500-pound maximum weight capacity Be able to accommodate up to 65-degree Fowler positioning Have Trendelenburg capability up to at least 15-degrees Have hideaway safely rails. Have a Safety Wedge. Have a Paper roll holder and cutter Legs on table must be able to drop to 90 degree chair positioning

Place of Performance: VA San Diego Healthcare System Supply Warehouse, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA, 92161-0002. Period of Performance: Within 90 days of placing order.
