The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to acquire various eye equipment for the Rolla Community-Based Outpatient Clinic through a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation under NAICS code 339115, identifying this as a brand name or equal requirement. The procurement includes specific medical devices such as lensometers, pachymeters, exophthalmometers, prism bar sets, rust ring removers, and other ophthalmic tools, with quantities ranging from two to six units per item, plus a single line item for shipping and delivery. The award will be made to the most advantageous offer considering both price and other factors, with full compliance required under federal statutes including Buy American, Anti-Kickback, Procurement Integrity, and Combating Trafficking in Persons provisions, as well as all applicable labor and safety standards. All questions must be submitted by June 16, 2026, and responses will be distributed as addenda to the solicitation.
