The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking sources for a potential agreement to provide eyeglasses to Veterans serviced by the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 geographical areas which include: Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and Oklahoma. The Government is interested in sources that can provide some or all of the required services. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with what they can provide (i.e. if you can only support a certain number of frames or lenses, please state what you can provide).
